Oral Presentation at the Conference

Requirements for your oral presentation at the MACE Conference 2009:

Paper presentation

• should be held in English
• about 15 minutes presentation followed by approx. 10 minutes discussion with the audience
• please bring a Powerpoint Presentation with you (beamer and laptop will be provided) on USB-Stick
• please e-mail us in addition your files with presentation until January 7th 2009 so that they can be uploaded in advance
• the presentation should contain the most important issues of your paper/research like type of research, research question, methodology, results, problems etc.

Poster presentation

• should be held in English
• about  2 -3 minutes poster presentation followed by a short disucssion
• Posters must be brought to the conference by the presenting author
